The Femme Project joins as a sponsor and vendor at the 2024 Cumberland Pride Festival

The Femme Project will join the celebration and support of diversity in Western Maryland this June at the 2024 Cumberland Pride Festival in downtown Cumberland, Maryland. Visit the Femme Project booth at the festival offering a selection of Pride-themed merchandise, Madame X books, #RespectHerSex goods, and other artful, feminist, and handmade items. A portion of the proceeds from sales of select merchandise at Pride will be donated to the Women's Health Center of Maryland—a safe and affirming clinic that offers a full range of reproductive and sexual wellness care to the people of Mountain Maryland and beyond. Additionally, the Femme Project is honored to be one of this year's Silver Sponsors for Cumberland Pride, continuing the commitment to give back and support to organizations that uplift and welcome us all. Join us on Sunday, June 30th from 12-4PM at Canal PLace for an afternoon of music, drag performances, and unity in our community. Best of all, the event is free to attend!

Cumberland Pride was started to promote love, acceptance, and diversity in Western Maryland. We will be celebrating our 7th Pride Festival June 30, 2024. We specifically support the LGBTQIA+ community through events and education within the community.

Our main goal is to create a safe place for those seeking acceptance. We target the LGBTQIA+ community but aim to create a space for all. We support, educate, and uplift members of the LGBTQIA+ community within Western Maryland. The festival is our grassroots doorway that has opened pathways to outreach and advocacy work in the community.
