As part of the ongoing commitment to support and empower women, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of #RespectHerSex merchandise is donated to organizations that support women. Organizations are selected on an annual basis and may change with current events and needs. Be a part of the growing movement of art with a purpose to lift up the lives of women.
the Fall of 2020 marked the launch of the #RespectHerSex merchandise line at Gean & Olive boutique in downtown Oakland, maryland. 10% of all sales of #RespectHerSex products were donated to the Dove Center, a non-profit organization located in Western Maryland dedicated to the safety, advocacy, and counseling to individuals whose lives have been shattered by domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

The capability, ingenuity, and capacity of women is a matter of historical fact. Women are responsible for better outcomes when they have equal access to education, hold positions of authority and influence, and have the freedom to speak their mind. #RespectHerMind is the belief that equality is, in part, only attainable when women have equal opportunities that men and their counterparts have enjoyed for decades, even centuries. We all rise when women are equal.
#RespectHerBody
A woman has the fundamental right to self-determine what she does with her body and when. Free from shame, condemnation, and criminal prosecution. Respect for these choices—how she expresses her body and appearance, and any and all personal, medical decisions about her body—are a freedom that women demand. #RespectHerBody is the belief that equality is, in part, only attainable when women and their bodies are not policed by religious institutions, government, social media, technology companies, and individuals.

Women who are informed and free of shame make better choices with regard to their sexuality and sexual preferences than women who are not. All women have the right to express themselves sexually, free from judgement, censorship, reproach, and professional or personal repercussions. #RespectHerSex is a movement to empower women to embrace their sex and sexuality free from shame. The movement embodies the core belief that true equality is only achieved when women own and control their sex and sexuality.
